In line with industry standards we support current operating system versions minus 2.
Currently for PC this is Windows 11 & 10 for Mac this is o/s 11 & 12 with limited support for MacOS 10.13 – MacOS 10.15.

For security reasons related to Java & Apple products Mac Users will need to download and install the latest version of Java in order to run the Ingestion Tool on Mac. The location for this download is here (Please download from Java SE Runtime Environment 9.0.1). Existing users please note that we have updated our help documents.
